When Keenan Evans rolled into the NBA combine in Chicago last week, he literally rolled.
The Texas Tech and Richardson Berkner product was at the league's showcase for draft hopefuls despite having to wear a boot on his right foot and using a three-wheel scooter to prop his leg on to get around.
It wasn't the kind of impression he was hoping to make at the combine, but it was the hand (or foot) he was dealt, so he went with it.
"I'm not able to play right now because I'm still in the boot, but I've been having fun hanging around with the guys," Evans said.
