August 1 marked the first day schools could send offer letters to recruits in the 2019 class. Some went with pure flash, while others had a nice mix of class and swag.

Baylor
The Baylor offer letter is well done, but there isn't really anything unique that stands out about it. The graphic features a framed jersey and a special message from Matt Rhule.
