The Texas Tech baseball team is getting used to seeing familiar faces in Omaha. In the program’s four trips to the College World Series, the Red Raiders have already played TCU (2014, 2016) and Florida (2016, 2018) in two different years and when they take on Arkansas Monday, it will mark the second-consecutive year that they have faced the Razorbacks.
Last year, Arkansas beat Tech 7-4 in the second game of the CWS on their way to a championship series appearance. And this year, the Hogs came to Omaha again expecting to make plenty of noise after coming within one out of winning the title in 2018.
