Texas Tech’s offense began the 2015 season on fire, gaining tons of yardage both through the air with a bevy of receivers and on the ground with a stout backfield. The new-look offense was a day and night difference from the 2014 season and helped the Red Raiders maintain a top three spot statistically both in terms of the NCAA’s passing offense, and total offense categories.
Unfortunately, the offense’s explosiveness has decreased sharply since week six, where Texas Tech exploded in a homecoming blow-out victory of 66-31 over Iowa State.
The reason?
