The three-star 2020 wide receiver out of The Colony has backed out of his verbal pledge to Texas Tech.
Miller announced his decision via Twitter.
Miller originally committed to Texas Tech last month. His decommitment comes weeks after the firing of former head coach Kliff Kingsbury.
Along with Texas Tech, Miller holds an offer from Kansas.
Miller caught 31 passes for 697 yards and eight touchdowns and helped The Colony reach the playoffs as a junior.
