If you didn't notice, yesterday was a busy day for Texas Tech recruiting.

So how exactly were these guys able to sign? Yesterday was the first day that JUCO mid-year commits could sign their LOI. This basically means that if JUCO commits are scheduled to graduate in December they are able to sign their LOI and be on campus the following spring.
