Texas Tech has picked up its second commitment for the 2016 football recruiting class this week. Offensive tackle Bailey Smith from Lucas (TX) Lovejoy High School committed to the Red Raiders on Wednesday just one day after Odessa (TX) Permian High School corner Desmon Smith also pledged to play for Texas Tech.
Smith made his announcement via his twitter account.
