On Sunday, Kliff Kingsbury confirmed that starting quarterback Alan Bowman suffered a recurrence of his partially collapsed lung that he suffered against West Virginia.
Kingsbury said his status is uncertain against Texas on Saturday.
"I'm not really sure. It's kind of day-to-day right now," Kingsbury said. "The main focus is getting him healthy and feeling better and we'll go from there."
Bowman looked good in the first half against Oklahoma, completing 21 of 26 passes for 227 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Red Raiders to a 31-28 halftime lead.
However, Bowman didn't return in the second half because he was having trouble breathing.
