Kolin Hill will transfer to Texas Tech from Notre Dame. He joins Ondre Pipkins as Notre Dame transfers headed to Tech this fall. Hill will have to sit out the 2015 season, then have three years of eligibility remaining starting in 2016. He and Pipkins join eight 2016 defensive lineman commits for a total of ten new defensive line faces we will see next season. I think that is called a boatload at this point. Based on his highlights below, we are getting a good one. He was a 3* recruit in the 2014 class according to Rivals.
