Today should be the last time that we get to enjoy a stress-free Texas Tech football game this year. Of course, somewhere along the way the Red Raiders could blow out another opponent and they likely will be on the receiving end of a curb-stomping as well but at points in those games, Tech fans will be emotionally taxed until the outcome is no longer in doubt.
But tonight’s game against UTEP does not have the look of a drama-filled contest. That’s because the Miners are one of the worst FBS teams in the nation.
Last week, the Miners barely beat FCS member Houston Baptist 36-34 in El Paso.
