The most anticipated home game of the year has arrived as the Texas Tech football team is set to close out the 2018 home schedule against the Texas Longhorns. Though this game will have no Big 12 title implications, there is quite a bit on the line as these two long-time foes square off.
At 3-2 in the Big 12, Texas is a game ahead of the Red Raiders in the league standings. But just like Texas Tech, the Horns are riding a two game losing streak.
Texas dropped its October 27th game at Oklahoma State 38-35 after falling behind 31-14 at halftime.
