The good news coming out of Jones Stadium Saturday night was the fact that the Texas Tech football team moved to 2-0 on the young season by beating UTEP. However, the 38-3 win left plenty to be desired and has fans wondering where this team is heading into next week’s critical road test at Arizona.
Certainly, no one is going to turn down a 35-point win. And on a day when Michigan had to go to overtime to beat Army and three Big 12 teams suffered their first losses of the season, we are all thankful that Tech took care of business against one of the worst FBS teams in the nation.
