In several conferences — especially the Big 12, where having a lethal dual-threat quarterback isn’t optional — you see more and more of these schools run a no-huddle or hurry up offense. And with the rise in this uptempo scheme, defenses have an opportunity to play against their own offenses in practices so they know what to expect through a preventative lens.
