The Red Raiders struggled to get things going offensively as No. 23 Texas Tech fell to No. 22 Cal State Fullerton 4-1.
Overall, the Red Raiders finished with four hits Sunday afternoon at Dan Law Field at Rip Griffin Park.
Timmy Richards led things off for Fullerton with a home run over the left field wall in the first inning.
The Titans tried to add to that lead in the second inning as Dakota Wix laid down the bunt with runners on first and second.
But Red Raider pitcher Ty Damron cleanly fielded the bunt and tossed it to catcher Tyler Floyd to get the runner out at home.
