After he intercepted a pass in the end zone last week, Douglas Coleman came down and stepped on the end line.
Didn't matter, even if he noticed. So many opportunities eluded Coleman in the game before, the Texas Tech defensive back set sail for the opposite end zone anyway.
Coleman's first interception of the season came in the fourth quarter of Tech's 48-16 victory Saturday against Kansas, and teammates got a chuckle out of his bid for a 100-yard pick-six.
"They were just laughing," Coleman said. "They were saying they knew I stepped out. They still ran with me, so all of us looked crazy.
