Cory Raley drove in four runs, including two in a six-run sixth inning for Texas Tech as it defeated UNLV 14-6 on Tuesday in Las Vegas.
The Red Raiders had a 4-3 lead going into the inning, but opened up the flood gates against UNLV pitcher Chase Maddux.
Stephen Smith and Tanner Gardner both walked and Zach Davis had a bunt single to load the bases for Raley, who finished 4 for 5 at the plate with four runs and four RBIs. Raley singled extending the Tech (17-8) lead to 6-3.
With two outs, the Red Raiders kept it going.
