To the disappointment of almost every Texas Tech fan, the 2015 Red Raider home football schedule will not include a night game. On Monday, the Big 12 announced that Texas Tech’s final home game against the Kansas State Wildcats will kickoff at 2:30 pm CST.
Fox Sports 1 will nationally televise the November 14th contest from Jones Stadium in Lubbock. This will be Texas Tech’s third appearance on the network this season with the Thanksgiving night game against Texas in Austin also slated to be a Fox Sports 1 national broadcast.
Meanwhile, the Big 12’s other television partner, ESPN has decided to exercise its 6-day window option for the remainder of that Saturday’s games.
