Texas started and ended the 2010 calendar year at different ends of the spectrum.
On January 7, the Longhorns fell short of a national title by 16 points to Alabama in the championship game.
Fast forward to November 25, and Texas’ season ended with a 5-7 record and no bowl game.
In February of 2011, the Longhorns signed the fourth-best class in the country according to 247Sports.
A year later, Texas welcomed the second-best class nationwide.
Seven seniors remain from the 2011 signing class, and nine more join them from the 2012 signing class.
