Tech signee Thomas signed with Trinity Valley (Wreckem24-7)
J.F. Thomas has a Plan B if going to Texas Tech doesn’t work out.
The four-star wide receiver signed with the Red Raiders and Trinity Valley Community College in February, an indication there are concerns about whether he’ll qualify at Tech. The practice, called double signing, isn’t uncommon among recruits whose academic futures are uncertain.
