Two starters exit
Offensive tackle Le’Raven Clark and cornerback Paul Banks III both left Texas Tech’s 30-20 victory Saturday against Kansas in the second quarter and did not return. Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury said Clark was held out as a precautionary measure after another player rolled up on his right leg.
He was to be further evaluated back in Lubbock.
Tech’s medical staff examined the Red Raiders’ left tackle on the sideline. After the halftime break, Clark jogged back out in full uniform and did calisthenics with his teammates that included knee lifts and leg kicks.
