A-J MEDIA
We sat there and waited.
Tim Tadlock wasn’t done talking to the team we were told.
So, we waited some more.
After 45 minutes, the Texas Tech baseball coach finally meandered up the post-game press conference. No players came with him.
It was too late, we were told.
But in reality, no one had played well enough in a 5-4 10th-inning loss to Grand Canyon, which was ranked No. 158 coming into the midweek series, to deserve the media attention — not that it is worth much.
And after the but-chewing Tadlock had just given them, they probably were not in the mood to deal with any my questions anyway.
