Red Raiders in the MLB: Two players move to disabled lists, new minor league promotions emerge

Chad Bettis – Colorado Rockies

Bettis still remains on the 10-day disabled list. He hasn’t appeared in a game since July 1 against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Bettis has a 5-1 record and a 5.10 ERA in 95.1 innings pitched.

Josh Tomlin – Cleveland Indians

On July 9, Tomlin appeared for an inning against the Cincinnati Reds. He allowed two earned runs on two hits while walking one. Tomlin was placed on the 10-day disabled list before the July 10 game against the Reds because of a strained right hamstring.
