Texas Tech fans won't be happy in the morning.
Round Rock offensive tackle Tyler Castaneda took to Twitter after midnight to announce his decommitment from the Red Raiders.
Castaneda made a verbal pledge to Texas Tech way back in October of 2014. Texas Tech was the first and only school to offer Castaneda.
The three-star prospect now holds an offer from North Texas and is receiving interest from both TCU and Texas.
At 6-foot-3, 270 pounds, Castaneda is ranked as the No. 18 offensive guard in the country and No. 71 overall prospect in the state, according to 247Sports Composite.
