Roddricka Patton stopped at the top of the key and with three seconds remaining, hit perhaps the biggest shot of the game, draining a 3-pointer as time expired in the first half.
The shot put Oklahoma State up by nine at the end of the first half and the Cowgirls exploded in the third quarter at it defeated Texas Tech 69 –46 Wednesday at United Supermarkets Arena.
Texas Tech (9-5, 0-3 Big 12) couldn’t generate its usual offense against the Cowgirls, especially if it didn’t come from Rayven Brooks or Ivonne CookTaylor, who combined for 14 of Texas Tech’s 17 first-half points.
