The Red Raiders hosted the TCU Horned Frogs this past weekend. The Red Raiders knew they had a chance at the Big 12 title going into the week, but they needed a little bit of help from Oklahoma State. Tech went into the weekend trailing Baylor by half a game in the standings and a series win was a must for Tech. The Red Raiders prevailed and even in a loss this pitcher took home the honors of pitcher of the week.
Micah Dallas was sensational during his start against the Frogs on Friday. The freshman right hander struck out 8 of the 25 batters he faced while giving up 7 hits and 0 runs in his series opening start.
