The Texas Tech football team added a pair of offensive linemen Sunday.
Mansfield Legacy’s Clayton Franks and New Braunfels’ Weston Wright both verbally committed to play for the Red Raiders.
Both Class of 218 prospects announced their respective decisions on Twitter.
“After much prayer and deliberation, I’m proud to announce that I am committing to Texas Tech University!” said Wright, a three-star, 6-foot-6, 290-pound offensive tackle according to 247Sports.
Wright, who was offer May 5 by Texas Tech, held six total offers, including Air Force, Army, New Mexico, Rice, and UT-San Antonio.
