This past Thursday, Coach Beard and the Texas Tech basketball program added an absolute force at guard in Kevin McCullar. McCullar had been seriously fielding offers from Tech, Kansas State, Houston, Louisville and Virginia Tech for a while - but ultimately decided to follow in the footsteps of his parents and become a Red Raider. The addition of McCullar brings the overall recruiting class of 2018 to five, with two four-star recruits (McCullar & Khavon Moore).
