According to an article by Nicholas Talbot in the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, Leashja Grant may not be returning to the Texas Tech Lady Raider basketball team due to immigration issues. Grant would be a senior if she was allowed to return.
Grant returned to the Bahamas, her home country, and was introduced to immigration issues regarding her F1 Visa when trying to join the Lady Raiders on their European tour.
