The Texas Tech football team has its offensive staff in place for next season. All that’s left is to add one assistant for the defensive side of the ball.
The Red Raiders on Wednesday hired Jabbar Juluke, who spent the last three years as Louisiana Tech running backs coach after he won 80 games in nine years as head coach at New Orleans Edna Karr High School.

Tech has made no announcement. New Tech athletic employees are subject to background checks that often delay hiring announcements.
