Well, that wasn't pretty in any way, shape, or form. 1-0 is still 1-0. I don't profess to be a basketball expert or anything, but our free throw % was absolutely atrocious. We have to improve in that area if we want to compete in the Big XII. All the same, this team showed some resiliency. At one point they were down 12-5 with around 8 minutes gone in the 1st. There's a lot of teams out there that would've folded, but the Red Raiders didn't. They battled back and turned a bad situation into a win. Devaugntah Williams dropped 26 on the Panthers, going 9-14 from the field with four 3-point shots.
