This week marks the final home game for 25 Texas Tech seniors. While these players have not had the overall success they envisioned when they arrived on campus, they should be respected for enduring one of the most turbulent periods in the history of Red Raider football.
The dedication to the program and hard work these young men have put forth are to be commended. So this week Wreck ‘Em Red will honor some of the most accomplished seniors prior to their final game at Jones Stadium.
Today we honor running back DeAndre Washington.
Last week, senior running back DeAndre Washington became the first Texas Tech player to rush for 1,000 yards in consecutive seasons since the Spyke Dykes era.
