Former Texas Tech quarterback Davis Webb said Wednesday morning on Twitter he plans to play at Colorado to finish out his collegiate career.
Webb, a former Prosper standout, announced at the end of Texas Tech's season that he would transfer away from the program after the spring semester. The soon-to-be senior will earn his undergraduate degree in Lubbock, so he will be eligible to play immediately for the Buffaloes.

Fox Sports reports that incumbent Colorado quarterback Sefo Liufau is expected to be sidelined for the 2016 season with a Lisfranc injury, opening the door for Webb to start as soon as he sets foot in Boulder, Colo.
