It seems as though Texas Tech head football coach Kliff Kingsbury and defensive coordinator David Gibbs have a laser focus on improving the team’s porous defense throughout the off-season. As such, they have been very active in reeling-in transferring players that can contribute right away.
This has been the case with Luke Stice, a Midland, Texas native and former standout at Midland Lee high school. Stice spent his the last four years of his college career playing linebacker and fullback for the University of Houston.
