Red Raider road woes
Only two Red Raiders know what it feels like to get a true road victory – senior guard Toddrick Gotcher and junior forward Aaron Ross. The last time Texas Tech recorded a true road win was in coach Tubby Smith’s first season, 2013-14, at Oklahoma. So far this year, Texas Tech has dropped road contests at Iowa State by seven and at Kansas State by 13. The Red Raiders are currently on a four-game losing streak after losing a heartbreaker to Baylor as senior Lester Medford drained a 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Bears the victory.
