Wanting some Deja Vu
The Texas Tech Lady Raiders won the season’s earlier meeting with the Iowa State, a 69-66 overtime in Lubbock, on Jan. 17. Ivonne CookTaylor led the way with 21 points and four assists and Japreece Dean chipped in 10 points and six assists.
And with three straight losses in Big 12 play, Texas Tech could use a repeat performance against the Cyclones.
“I think anytime you have played somebody once and you go back to watch film, there is a lot you can learn on both sides,” Texas Tech coach Candi Whitaker said.
