Brieden Fehoko Named To Player of The Year Watch List

The Polynesian Football Hall of Fame released their Player of the Year Watch List and Brieden Fehoko made the cut. The award is presented to the most outstanding player of Polynesian ancestry. Along with Fehoko, the Watch List consists of 38 players from 24 FBS schools. Fehoko is one of two players that represent the Big 12 with the other player being sophomore OL Dru Samia from Oklahoma. The award is presented on January 20, 2017 at the Celebration Dinner during the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Weekend.

This is a fairly new award with the first two recipients being Marcus Mariota in 2015 and Ronnie Stanley in 2016.
