Best in Texas offseason series: Trio of schools receive first-place votes for state's top offense

SportsDay's panel of college bloggers recently voted to decide which team in Texas had the most offensive firepower heading into the 2019 football season. The top team on their ballots received 12 points, second-best received 11 points and so on.
