The Class of 2018 is looking pretty good for the Texas Tech men’s basketball team.
After earning the commitment of Deshawn Corprew, a former top 100 prospect who will play one year at South Plains College, the Red Raiders have the potential of adding another dynamic scorer to their backcourt.
Arlington Bowie’s Kyler Edwards, who took an unofficial visit to Lubbock on Monday, said he was impressed with Texas Tech.
“It’s not as country like everyone says it is. I liked it,” Edwards said of Lubbock. “The town is really cool, and I also liked the campus and was able to get a good tour.
