AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas State women's tennis team dropped its first dual match of the spring, 4-0, at 12th-ranked Texas on Saturday morning inside the Weller Indoor Tennis Center.
The Bobcats fell behind 1-0 when they began the day dropping a pair of doubles matches. Ana Perez and Julia Navajo-Melendez dropped a 6-0 decision against Petra Granic and Marta Perez-Mur in the No. 1 doubles match. The Longhorns clinched the team point when Joy Chia Ming Ming and Sofia Murcia-Rodriguez lost, 6-2, against Bianca Turati and Fernanda Labrana on the No.
