DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – On the second day of the Sun Belt Women's Golf Championship Texas State fell to second place shooting 13-over par at the LPGA International course. Junia Gabasa and Matilda Svahn lead the Bobcats in the top-10.
The start of the second round was delayed due to weather which had an impact on the players through the opening holes. Texas State fell out of the top spot from the first round after shooting 13-over 301.
After two rounds the Bobcats are 11-over par with a five-stroke lead from third place Arkansas State.
