EDINBURG, Texas – Texas State women's basketball secured its second road win of the season to improve to 3-3 on the season after a 68-59 win over UTRGV on Saturday afternoon.
Highlighting the win was double-digit outings from and as they each notched 13 points, paired with career-best 12 rebounds.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
Texas State came out aggressive in the first half, quickly putting themselves up 7-2 with five points from Foster. From there, the Bobcats pushed their lead out to as many as nine to end the quarter off a driving layup to make it 18-9 .
