SAN MARCOS, Texas – Texas State women's basketball head coach Zenarae Antoine announced Monday morning that Barbara Farris is joining her coaching staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2025-26 season.
"I'm thrilled to bring Coach Farris to the Texas State family. Her resume is filled with winning at EVERY level," Antoine said. "As a student-athlete at Tulane, a Professional Women's basketball athlete, a high school coach and college coach, 'champion' is synonymous with Barabra Farris. Coach Farris's wealth of coaching and playing experience will positively impact our program and her attitude towards life and her passion for coaching will be felt by everyone she meets.
