SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State volleyball team earned a 3-1 (25-17, 25-22, 15-25, 25-16) victory over TCU Tuesday night inside Strahan Coliseum.
The contest doubled as the 11th Annual Pink Match for the Bobcats (14-7), who held a silent auction and took donations for Pink Heals Hays County. The triumph was the first over the Horned Frogs (9-8) since Sept. 25, 2007 and the first over a Big 12 Conference program since Sept. 10, 2013 (Baylor).
TXST earned its sixth win a row and was led offensively by sophomores and . Both finished with double-doubles, with Pflughaupt providing 18 digs and 10 kills.
