• Texas State (24-9, 14-2 SBC) will host postseason volleyball for the first time in school history as the Bobcats will serve as a host site for the National
Invitational Volleyball Championship First and Second Rounds.
• Texas Tech (15-14, 4-12 Big 12) will face SMU (21-10, 15-5 AAC) at 4 p.m. Nov. 30. TXST will then play host to Rice (21-8, 11-3 C-USA) at 6:30 p.m.
• The two winners will meet at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 1 for the right to advance to the quarterfinals of the tournament.
• All three matches will be contested inside Strahan Coliseum.
