SAN MARCOS, Texas – Coming off a 2017-18 campaign in which the women's team claimed the Sun Belt Conference Triple Crown and the men recorded a top three finish at each conference meet, Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Jody Stewart announced the 2018 signing class of 28 athletes. The class consists of 17 high schoolers, seven Division I transfers and four from the junior college ranks.
"We are excited about our 2018 recruiting class. Each year our recruiting classes get stronger," Stewart said. "We see this class making an immediate impact at the conference level and reaching the national level early in their collegiate careers.
