MIRAMAR BEACH, Fla. – The Sun Belt Conference has announced that Texas State women's golfers Lora Assad, Millie Saroha, and Maty Monzingo have all been named to the conference's all-conference teams. Assad and Saroha are both First-Team All-Sun Belt Conference selections while Monzingo was named to the second-team.
Assad came into the Sun Belt Conference Tournament ranked first on the Bobcat squad and third in the Sun Belt Conference in scoring with an average of 74.22 strokes per round. She has fired a career-low round of 67 this season at the Betsy Rawls Longhorn Invite and has a season-best finish of third place at the MountainView Collegiate with scores of 73, 70, and 70.
