CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Texas State women golfers Rebecca Reed, Sasikarn Somboonsup and Sean Yi Yip were named WGCA All-American Scholars on Monday. It is the most Bobcats to receive the honor since 2014.
It is the third consecutive year that Yip has received the accolade and the second time in Somboonsup's career. Reed is the first TXST freshman to earn the award since Somboonsup in 2017.
In all, 1,401 student-athletes across Division I, II and III schools were honored for their work in the classroom and on the course.
