SAN MARCOS, Texas — The Texas State women's basketball team will have a golden opportunity to start 2021 off on the right foot when the Bobcats play host to Louisiana in a two-game Sun Belt Conference series spanning Friday, Jan. 1 and Saturday, Jan. 2 with both contests starting at 4 p.m.
The matchup will mark the first time the Bobcats have played a basketball game since defeating Lamar, 69-53, on Saturday, Dec. 19 as the team parted for the Christmas holidays.
"We've spent a lot of time on ourselves," said Texas State women's basketball head coach Zenarae Antoine on what her team has done during the two-week break.
