GULF SHORES, Ala. – After two rounds Texas State leads the Craft Farms Intercollegiate with a nine-stroke lead at the Cotton Creek Golf Course on Sunday. Four Bobcats finished in the top-10 with Jack Burke leading the way tied for fourth.
The tournament was scheduled for three days with 18 holes each, but with bad weather the decision was made to play 36 holes on Sunday and 18 Monday.
Texas State shot one-under 285 in the opening round of the tournament to tie their second-lowest first round 18-hole total, and fifth lowest this season.
