SAN MARCOS, Texas — The first Sun Belt Conference series on back-to-back days of the season provided to be too much for the Texas State Bobcats as the home team fell to Louisiana, 67-41, just 24 hours after playing the first game of the series.
"We can't turn the basketball over the way we did tonight — number one — and expect to win anything no matter where it's being played," said Texas State women's basketball head coach Zenarae Antoine. "The second piece is it's really important to be able to make an adjustment to slow a team down and we really struggled being able to do that tonight.
